Yann Rulee

Biography

Yann Rulee, active member of the collective Les Invertébrés and the group Orbe Turquoise, starts a new solo project called "Tous Les Légumes". The project is to release a song every Thursday at 5pm on YouTube, each song is associated with a video clip. The tracks are generally not produced in advance and are intended to be experimental, allowing to break with the codes of Pop and Rap and to confront it with short delays to produce a sound and text work.

"Tous les légumes" is a conceptual project that tests the idea of producing a song and a clip on a weekly basis until reaching the "Centième Légume". This work is an exercise in discipline where Yann Rulee tests his ability to produce in a routine and observe the changes it produces on his work and his person.

Between Trap sounds, New Beat, Lo-Fi and abstract texts, influenced by collectives such as Odd Futur and Brockhampton, Yann Rulee is part of this new generation of Swiss rappers offering quality, fresh and original music.
