Biography

One year after his enchanting debut album «Oblivion» singer-songwriter Silver Birch is releasing a second album «We Held On», again hitting the perfect spot between easiness and mystery.
The band had already generated quite some buzz with their debut single «Yourself» and when their song «The Simple Life» was chosen for the Netfilx series «Warrior Nun» in fall 2022.
Patrick Lerjen’s vulnerable and warm voice, lovely guitar melody-gems and a 70s Moog-synth; Silver Birch celebrate the art of creating tender intimacy and soothing vastness, an Indie-Folk & Chamber-Pop home in which we gladly dwell and muse.
The band plays as a trio (Patrick Lerjen :: Vocals/Gitarre, Tobi Diggelmann :: Synth, Flo Hufschmid :: Drums) and cultivates a highly communicative playing style by leaving lots of space.
