MALAX

Biography

Four friends from very different musical backgrounds (Jazz, Funk, Blues, Country, Gospel, Manouche, Latin, Oriental, New Orleans, Bebop, Fusion, Free Jazz, ...) have met and formed an instrumental quartet, enjoy playing and "malaxing" standards of jazz and beyond, from Miles Davis to John Zorn, from Toots Thielemans to the Beatles. A few original compositions are completing the repertoire.
