At the crossroads between dreams and souvenirs, Mad Hook revisits fairy tales, myths and
legends through alternative pop, bringing Alice in Wonderland’s Mad Hatter and Peter Pan’s
Captain Hook together to form an eccentric but mysterious entity.
This mystical storyteller invites us in “The Phantasia”, a fantastic universe in which her narrative
takes place. In it, music becomes multi-dimensional stories through evocative sound design
and lyrical metaphors in thematic-infused texts.
At once hazy and clear, troubled and peaceful, joyful and sad, Mad Hook’s sonic world
embraces both light and dark, mirroring the paradoxical nature of the dimension she’s
trapped in.
