The swiss Band „Fear Lab“ - a trio that has catapulted itself into the hearts of
fans out of nowhere.
Since forming in 2015, the band has grown from a laid-back hobby into an
impressive musical force. After daring the first steps in Alternative Metal and
Crossover style, they quickly recognized the need to work harder and more
uncompromisingly on their vision.
With their new, explosive EP "Ready To Fall" Fear Lab make a powerful statement.
The Metalcore and Post-Hardcore influences are unmistakable and give the songs
an intensity that gets under your skin. The lyrics are honest and ruthless - they
explore the dark abysses of human experiences such as depression, fear of loss,
identity crises and death.
Working on the EP helped the musicians deal with their own fears and doubts. They
want to share this cathartic experience with their listeners and offer them a chance
to emerge from the depths of life and emerge stronger.
Fear Lab's music is characterized by an innovative combination of powerful riffs,
thundering drums and complex vocals. The band skillfully interweaves clean
vocals with powerful screams, creating an emotional and dynamic sound that
captivates the listener. Their energetic live performances are characterized by
passion, dedication and an unparalleled presence that captivates audiences from
the first minute to the last.
The band has already caused a stir in numerous clubs and bars throughout
Switzerland. Radio interviews and enthusiastic fans testify to their success. In 2022
they took 2nd place at the renowned SPH Music Masters Finals and won the
special prize for the best style mix.
After the EP release on May 12th, 2023 they don't want to rest on anything. They
see the release as a foundation on which they can continue to build, because the
next EP is already being planned and the songs for it are already being fine-tuned.
