Far Coast is the solo project from Dawns Mystery’s band member Ueli Dutka. Drawing inspiration from a diverse array of genres including disco, psychedelia, and rock, Far Coast fearlessly navigates unexplored musical territories, delving even deeper into the ethereal realm of untapped grooves. Fuzzy guitar riffs and analogue synthesizers are carried by groovy beats that dive into dreamy melodies.

‘Outside’ was Far Coast's debut album and is a collection and concentration of musical ideas and images. They mark a lo-fi character, driven through the inspiration of surf rock, garage and psychedelic pop. Moving more towards 80s disco-pop, ‘Falling in Love’ still resonates as an ever-present echo within the depths of our minds. Far Coast, the imaginative musical project, has embarked on a transformative journey with that single from 2020, forging a path towards a novel sonic trajectory. Dutka, the mastermind behind Far Coast, has leveraged the unprecedented circumstances of the pandemic to flourish as a producer, collaborating with talented bands as Dawns Mystery or Bleached Blond Beach Babes.
