"Frida" is a promise. Like their namesake, Duo Frida stands for the uncomfortable, the weird, the strange and absurd. And that's exactly what they sound like: The two musicians go a bit crazy with a cello, a loopstation and a MicroKorg, and direct their audience into alternate realities, accompanied by a soundtrack somewhere between broken classical records and not-quite-popmusic.
