Max Deste

Biography

Max Deste is a Swiss writer and songwriter. Graduated in literature, married and father of three children, he lives in the Canton of Ticino. He is currently a middle school teacher and DFA teacher. He also runs a Buddhist Meditation Center.

He has published numerous narrative, poetic, theatrical, non-fiction and musical works, with which he tells and denounces the loneliness of contemporary man in an increasingly dehumanized society.

He performs live both in musical readings with which he presents his novels, and in acoustic concerts in the "One man band" formula, proposing the greatest Italian and international hits.

With his latest songs he has been in the top ten of the emerging indie rankings for several weeks, reaching second place in radio ratings and fifth for most broadcast video clips.
