Biography

Deep Sun is a symphonic metal band from Switzerland formed in 2006 with vocals, keyboard melodies, guitar riffs and bass and drums combo. Deep Sun reached the 11th place in the Swiss charts with the 3rd studio album "Das Erbe der Welt".
In 2022 the 4th album "Dreamland - Behind the Shades" was produced. Many things changed during the making of this album: Line-up, songwriting, sound, logo. Deep Sun have found more than ever to themselves and go the already successfully trodden path with even more confidence. With the latest album "Dreamland - Behind the Shades" the songs gained more modernity as well as freshness and reached the "next higher level". So even the more playful songs of the album and structures sound as tidy as never before. The songs live through the individual highlights that each holds and come thanks to the previous experience and optimization in songwriting even more structured. They are more direct and straightforward according to the genre and bring the vocals and orchestral elements more to the fore.
