Biography: David5

From the age of 15 years old, David5 gives all his passion to music. First of all, guitar player to several new-waves band, he’s getting into electronic music early 90’ by discovering drum’n’bass.

David5 start do mix by going through progressively chillout, electro and techno. Step by step, he starts as well to produce its own tracks influenced by dub, experimental and abstract music. He’s now orienting his live to universe more “dancefloor” between minimal techno and electro.

David5 take its inspirations from a wide range of sounds, going from grunge to Americano folk latino, or cold-wave to electro. His set is always looking for a drama, an error or an intensity point developing in the same time a party energy through different bumping rhythms.
