Black Wind describes itself as punk metal. The music is a meeting point between simple punk songs and complex metal ballads with a pinch of random influences thrown in.
Black Wind, based in Biel and thrown together by alcohol and destiny, have a myriad set of members from Switzerland, Czech, and the USA. The band's subjects range from haunted Alps, botany, historical assassinations of Nazis, to the old but still very fashionable nuclear war.
