Biography

The indie artist asendorf from Winterthur packs his view of living authentically and soulfully into his music. His uniquely approachable sound reveals his rough edges without losing its lightness.
His expressive voice and emphatic sound reflect the free-spiritedness and profoundly unique character of the musician. He experiments with different styles, never losing the common thread in his recognizable sound. He performs live regularly, including most recently at the Winterthurer Musikfestwochen, the Stars in Town in Schaffhausen, the Seaside Festival in Spiez, and at the Schüür in Lucerne.
His last two singles “bittersweet", “dreaming” and “floating” were quickly beloved by audiences and added to the playlists of several radio stations (including SRF 3, Couleur 3 and rete tre). With new music in the works, and further performances scheduled, asendorf is a rising star in the local music scene.
