Biography

Aline Chappuis, enchanting poetess, singer, traveler, half-fairy of the woods, half-shamaness, she goes through each season with an eternal wonder and she talks to us about it, she tells us stories with sensitivity and sincerity. She traces her path with pride and determination.

Born in the canton of Vaud and established in Valais for 30 years, Aline is a wild girl born between two roots in the heart of autumn. In her hands, she carries, caresses, cares for those who cross her path. In search of her place in the world and as an artist, she has a word, a poetry of her own. She weaves stories that are essential to her. For her, being an artist means choosing the traces you want to leave, traces of women in history, in a link to the world and to their personal fictions.
