Although I know that even while I sleep, the immunity system in this body of mine is at war -
with germs and viruses etc. I know also that while I am awake, my mind is not always at rest.
But if I seek peace, I can find it.
It’s there, just behind my eyes, in silence.
And I know that there can be peace on Earth.
